1) Slowly open the oil valve and listen for the sound of the oil inlet. Once it is normal, fully open the oil inlet valve and the oil tank will run normally.

2) During the oil feeding process, observe the rising speed of the oil tank liquid level at any time. The oil feeding height shall not exceed the safe height of the oil tank. In case of tension, it is allowed to reach a limited height, but it must be monitored by a specially assigned person. Pay attention that the oil level shall not exceed the installation position of the foam generator.

3) During the entire oil inlet process, all flanges, manholes, valves, etc. connected to the oil tank should be checked for leaks at any time, and the foundation should be checked for any abnormalities.

4) Before oil transportation, the liquid level and bottom water level of the oil tank should be checked to prevent bottom water from entering the export system.

5) Before starting the oil delivery pump, fully open the oil outlet valve of the oil tank and pay attention to changes in the liquid level during operation to prevent the oil tank from being emptied.

6) Control the oil delivery volume, achieve a balance between oil intake and delivery, and operate the oil tank at a constant liquid level as much as possible.

7) Switching between tanks must follow the principle of opening first and then closing, and reverse manipulation or simultaneous operation is not allowed.
