1、 Prepare well. We should pay attention to whether the workplace is equipped with fire prevention equipment, mainly to prevent sparks from being generated during demolition and burning with residual objects in the oil tank. Then, we should pay attention to whether the equipment site is flat and whether there are on-site personnel to supervise, in order to ensure the safety of the construction site.

2、 Firstly, cut off the connection between the dismantled oil tank and adjacent oil tanks, as well as the inlet and outlet pipelines, to separate the dismantled oil tank from other oil tanks, and then turn off the power supply to all peripheral facilities.

3、 It is the cleaning before the dismantling of oil tanks. The required equipment is: explosion-proof fan, foam and ignition point detector. The explosion-proof fan is used to exchange air for oil tanks, remove gases that can cause explosions, and ensure the safety of dismantling. Then, use foam to clean the residue in the oil tank. During cleaning, remove the valve, and then open the hole cover for disassembly. During the dismantling process, it is recommended to use a ignition point detector for oil and gas concentration detection to see if the concentration in the oil tank reaches the level that can be constructed, in order to ensure safe dismantling.

4、 Start the disassembly work by installing a reinforcing ring on the bottom wall of the tank to be dismantled, welding the lifting lugs, configuring the internal suspension rod, and then hanging a chain hoist. Afterwards, remove and cut the tank wall and bottom plate, and separate them as a whole. During the process, the first circle of tank walls should be cut off first, and at the same time, the can body should be lowered with a chain hoist. Then, a circle of tank walls should be cut until all the tank walls are cut in sequence. Then, cut the top railing and accessories of the tank, and cut the bottom plate in the welding sequence.

5、 Lifting machinery must be operated by trained specialized operators, and other personnel are strictly prohibited from using it. All types of lifting machinery must work within the allowable load range and must not exceed the load standards. During the entire lifting process, construction personnel should follow the command, be familiar with the command signals, and not leave their work positions without authorization. The construction warning area divided during lifting should be marked with restricted areas, and non construction personnel are prohibited from entering.
